Cyrus Rocher

R&d Engineer (analog Designer) at PYTHEAS Technology

Cyrus Rocher has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Cyrus started their career as an electronicien at CNRS - Centre national de la recherche scientifique in 2000, where they were responsible for the design and implementation of analog electronic systems. Cyrus also worked on temperature stabilization for microwave cavities and RF synthesis experiments. At Institut FEMTO-ST, they continued their work in low-noise electronic design, focusing on analog front-end electronics and digital signal processing. Cyrus was involved in the development of open-source reconfigurable electronics for frequency metrology applications. Cyrus also contributed to the development of a miniature atomic clock demonstrator.

In 2019, Cyrus Rocher joined Orolia Defense & Security as an R&D engineer, where they worked until 2020. Cyrus then moved to extrem'Vision as a Bureau d'étude from December 2020 to February 2021.

In 2021, they joined Sophia Engineering as a consultant and was responsible for R&D at Flodim. Cyrus then transitioned to Flodim in 2022 as the Responsable pôle R&D électronique and held this role until March 2023.

Currently, Cyrus Rocher is working as an R&D engineer at PYTHEAS Technology, starting from March 2023.

During their career, they also had a brief experience as an arrangeur and compositeur at creasis production, where they composed custom music for the production company.

Cyrus Rocher completed their BAC+2 degree in Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician from afpa montluçon in the year 1996. Cyrus then went on to study at Université Blaise Pascal (Clermont-II) - Clermont-Ferrand and earned a License degree in EEA from UBFC - Université Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. In 2017, they obtained a certification in "Intro to Python for Data Science (edX 1.1)" from an unspecified institution. There is also a mention of additional certifications related to Python for data science, but specific details about the institution and the dates are not provided.
