Scott Palkoski

Scott Palkoski is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in management and investment banking. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Pytheus since March 2024, Scott previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer at StyleSeat from December 2021 to February 2024. Prior experience includes significant positions at Credit Suisse, where Scott worked as Director in both Equity Capital Markets and Technology Investment Banking from 2007 to 2020, along with a brief tenure as Director of Equity Capital Markets in 2021. Expertise encompasses sell-side and buy-side M&A, leveraged buyouts, and various financing structures, complemented by a strong background in software, hardware, and clean technology transactions. Scott holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, earned between 2005 and 2007.
