Ingrid Morales

Ingrid Morales is the Business Development Director at Pyxai. Ingrid has over three years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on reservations and sales. Prior to their current position, Ingrid was a Reservations Specialist at HEI Hotels & Resorts. In this role, they were responsible for processing reservations, maximizing productivity, and identifying opportunities to improve the department. Ingrid is known for their strong analytical and communication skills, as well as their ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure. Ingrid is also experienced in all Marriott systems, having helped to build them from scratch during the hotel's integration into Marriott platforms.
