Stan Szpindor

Stan Szpindor has over 28 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Stan currently serves as the Vice President of R&D Quality at Pyxis Oncology since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Idera Pharmaceuticals as the Senior Director of Quality Assurance from 2015 to 2022. Further back in their career, Stan held leadership positions at Shire Pharmaceuticals, Falcon Consulting Group, LLC, Adolor, Omnicare Inc., and IBAH/BioPharm Clinical Services, where they focused on quality assurance, inspection readiness, and regulatory agency inspections. Their expertise spans various areas including GCP, GLP, GMP, GPvP, IT compliance, and computer system validation.

Stan Szpindor holds a Master of Science degree in Pharmacy with a focus on Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance from Temple University, which they obtained from 1995 to 2000. Stan also has a Bachelor of Science degree from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Stan attended LaSalle College High School from 1983 to 1987. Additionally, they have a certification as a SQA Registered QA Professional - GCP, although the details of when and where it was obtained are unknown.
