Mitzy Cassandra

Mitzy Cassandra has extensive experience in marketing and brand management. Mitzy began their career at Coles Supermarket in Australia, where they conducted marketing research projects. Mitzy then worked as a business analyst at MarkPlus&Co, a strategy consulting firm in Jakarta. Mitzy'srole involved strategic formulations to improve clients' market competitiveness.

Mitzy then joined Petrolink Services Indonesia as a Business Development Project Manager, where they set up and established a branch office in Jakarta. After that, they joined Unilever as an Assistant Brand Manager for SUNSILK, where they were involved in brand building.

Mitzy continued their career at Unilever, becoming a Regional Brand Manager and Brand Development Project Leader for the Asia Pacific region. Mitzy was responsible for maintaining, increasing, and overturning market share performance in countries such as Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Mitzy then joined L'Oreal as a Marketing Manager for Maybelline New York, where they implemented brand marketing strategic plans and achieved high sales growth. Mitzy also served as a Senior Marketing Communications & E-Reputation Manager at L'Oreal, responsible for media value delivery and online monitoring system coordination.

Currently, Mitzy is working at PZ Cussons as the Regional Marketing Director for Asia and Global Category Director for Baby & Kids PC. In this role, they oversee various brands in personal care, beauty, home care, and food & nutrition across multiple geographies.

Throughout their career, Mitzy has demonstrated their expertise in marketing management, brand strategy, and consumer insights.

Mitzy Cassandra attended Tuart College from 1994 to 1995. Mitzy then went on to earn a Bachelor of Commerce (double major in Finance & Marketing) from Curtin University of Technology in Perth, Western Australia from 1995 to 1998.
