Rachel Austin

Rachel Austin has over 15 years of work experience in various roles within the beauty and retail industry. Rachel is currently the Global Head of Brand - Haircare at PZ Cussons, where they have been working since 2019. Prior to that, Rachel worked at Guerlain as a Product Manager - Fragrance and Trade Marketing Manager from 2017 to 2019. Rachel also held multiple positions at Kenneth Green Associates, including Senior Brand Manager, Brand Manager, Junior Brand Manager, Assistant Brand Manager, and Marketing Coordinator from 2012 to 2017. Before that, Rachel worked as a Finance Assistant at Coty Beauty and as a Store Supervisor at Superdrug Plc.

Rachel Austin attended Rosebery Secondary School from 2006 to 2008. Rachel then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Studies at Bournemouth University from 2008 to 2012.
