Sigismund Dzeble

Sigismund Dzeble is a seasoned HR professional with over two decades of experience, currently serving as the Head of HR for PZ Cussons Ghana Limited and as the Regional HR Business Partner for Category & Brands since January 2008. In this role, Sigismund supports the development and execution of Human Resource strategies while previously holding positions such as Head of HR and Talent Manager, focusing on aligning HR strategies with business objectives and managing talent effectively. Prior to PZ Cussons, Sigismund served as Project Manager at Ghana Opportunity Network and Human Resource Manager at the Department for International Development, ensuring organizational efficiency and compliance with HR policies. Sigismund began the career as an Assistant Manager at Ernst & Young and worked as General Manager at Margins Company Limited. Sigismund holds an LLB and BL from the University of Ghana and completed A levels in Arts at Achimota Secondary School.
