Stephanie Malakpour

Stephanie Malakpour currently serves as the Head of Brand and GM/VP Marketing, Sales & Operations for the Americas at PZ Cussons, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Stephanie was the Head of Marketing at Bonjout Beauty in 2022. Stephanie's extensive experience at L'Oréal spanned nearly a decade, with leadership roles including Head of Fragrances for Giorgio Armani, Head of Fragrances & Beauty for Valentino, and Head of Women’s Fragrances for Ralph Lauren, where notable achievements included sustaining brands in competitive markets and launching new products. Additional marketing experience includes positions with Lactalis American Group, Clinsearch, and Unilever. Stephanie holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in European Policies from EMLV and a Master of Science in International Business from London South Bank University.
