Lenka Vanhese

Lenka Vanhese is an experienced HR consultant currently working at PZ since July 2022, focusing on projects in payroll support, learning and development, recruitment, employer branding, and HR administration across various sectors including automotive, banking, communications, and chemicals. Prior experience includes an internship in Learning & Development at BNP Paribas from September 2021 to March 2022, and various student positions in order picking, packing, and retail from 2016 to 2019. Lenka holds a Master's degree in Business Psychology and Human Resource Management from Ghent University, completed in July 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Ghent University, earned in 2020.
