Maxxie Gutterman

Maxxie Gutterman is a Research and Development Scientist at Pzaz® since January 2023, focusing on product and flavor development. Previously, Maxxie served as a Culinary Instructor at INVICTUS ENTERPRISES FOUNDATION INC, teaching baking classes to children on the autism spectrum. An externship as Chef de Partie at Frenchette involved responsibilities such as prep work and kitchen organization. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience from Oberlin College and completion of Culinary Arts at the Institute of Culinary Education. Earlier experiences include roles as a Research Technician at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Oberlin College, along with various culinary and organizational positions during college.
