Geoff Bauer

Geoff Bauer is a legal professional with extensive experience in investment management and corporate law. Currently serving as Principal and Chief Legal Officer at Pzena Investment Management since March 2014, Geoff also holds the position of Non-Executive Director at Pzena Investment Management Europe Limited. Prior to this role, Geoff was a Principal and Assistant General Counsel at Skadden Arps from October 2007 to March 2014, where responsibilities included representation in the Investment Management Group. Earlier career experience includes serving as a paralegal at the New York City Law Department in the Special Federal Litigation Division. Geoff holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Rochester.
