Wayne A. Palladino

Mr. Palladino joined Pzena Investment Management in 2002. Previously, Mr. Palladino was senior vice president and chief financial officer at the Lillian Vernon Corporation. He was formerly senior vice president and chief financial officer at Transworld Healthcare. Mr. Palladino earned a B.S. in Economics and an M.B.A. in Finance with distinction from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
