Michał Kołodziej

Micha Roon is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, where support is provided for innovation projects through training and mentorship. Roon is the owner and founder of managination, a company focused on enhancing the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG and Chief Technology Officer at bonq, where decentralized finance solutions were developed. Roon also held positions as Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web and Foundation Board member and CTO at Share&Charge, contributing to decentralized infrastructure advancements. Additional advisory roles include participation on the IIB Council's Blockchain Advisory Board and as an advisor for PioneerVentures.io. Roon has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and completed further education at MIT and RKLS, along with obtaining a PMP certification in Project Management.
