Yaara Vaserman Badner

Yaara Vaserman Badner has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being the Vice President of HR at Q.ai since June 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of HR Israel at Magic Leap from January 2016 to July 2022. Before joining Magic Leap, they worked as an HR Partner at Amdocs from February 2015 to December 2015. Yaara also had a role as an HRBP at PrimeSense - acquired by Apple - from January 2011 to December 2014. Lastly, they began their career at Jacada, where they served as an HR Specialist and Recruiting Manager from 2004 to 2010.

Yaara Vaserman Badner completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Bar-Ilan University, from the years 2006 to 2009. Yaara then pursued their Master of Science degree in Management and Organizational Consulting at Tel Aviv University - Coller School of Management, from 2010 to 2012.
