Kara Mamaj possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Q Center since January 2018, previously holding the position of Human Resources Manager. Prior to this role, Kara worked at Power Wellness from January 2014 to January 2018, where responsibilities included HR Manager and HR Coordinator positions. Earlier experience includes working as an HR Coordinator at Menards from February 2008 to January 2014. Daily duties have encompassed payroll processing, conducting interviews, managing new hire orientations, training, and responding to team member inquiries related to HR matters. Kara holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from Northern Illinois University.
