Cathy Felts has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Cathy is currently employed at Q-Centrix, starting in 2014. Cathy has held various leadership roles within the company, including Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Vice President of Customer Experience. Prior to Q-Centrix, Cathy worked at TransUnion as the Healthcare Vertical CMO - Senior Manager for three years. Before that, they served as the Marketing Director at the Academy of General Dentistry for four years. Cathy began their career as a Senior Marketing Communications Specialist at the American Osteopathic Association and worked as an Account Manager at C.J. Heileman & Associates Public Relations and Marketing Firm.

Cathy Felts pursued their education at Northwestern University from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC). Prior to that, they attended the University of Arizona from 1996 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations.
