Heather Benson has extensive work experience in the IT and management consulting industry. Heather is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Q Consulting, a company focused on attracting and retaining top talent in the consulting field. Prior to their current role, Heather served as the Chief Delivery Officer at Turnberry Solutions, where they optimized client delivery quality and efficiency. Heather also held the position of Managing Partner for various regions, including the Midwest and Minneapolis markets, and played a key role in expanding the company into new markets and verticals. Earlier in their career, Heather worked at Optum, UnitedHealthcare Community & State, OptumHealth Bank, Eide Bailly LLP, and Accenture, where they gained expertise in functional analysis, business analysis, and project management.
Heather Benson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Minnesota State University, Mankato, graduating in the year 2000.
