Charlie Burnard

Charlie Burnard currently serves as the Global Head of Government Engagement at Q-CTRL, a position held since February 2023. Previously, Burnard was a diplomat with the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade from November 2018 to February 2023. Prior roles include serving as a Senior Advisor at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet from March 2016 to November 2018 and as a Senior Advisor for Counter-Terrorism in the Office of Michael Keenan MP from June 2015 to March 2016. Burnard also worked as a Liaison Officer and Senior Intelligence Analyst at the Office of National Assessments from July 2010 to June 2015. Burnard's career began at the Royal United Services Institute, working in London and Qatar from September 2009 to July 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Intelligence and International Security from King's College London and a Bachelor of Arts (1st Class Hons) in International Relations from The Australian National University.
