Fabiola Askew is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in operations, real estate, and healthcare. As the Director of Operations at Q Foundation since September 2010, Fabiola has excelled in implementing sourcing and recruitment strategies and collaborating with hiring managers to onboard medical and clinical professionals. Fabiola also serves as a Real Estate Broker for Forward Homes and previously held the same position at Keller Williams Realty, where responsibilities included market research and client property evaluations. In earlier roles at Brown Brothers Harriman and Quest Diagnostics, Fabiola focused on operational analysis, employee training, and support for medical teams, ensuring compliance with regulations. Fabiola holds two Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Management and Economics from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.

We are a technologically forward, dynamic organization that maintains an entrepreneurial culture. Since 2004, our financial assistance programs have directly prevented or ended homelessness for 3500 households, and our successful track record of passing legislation to curb displacement and homelessness has benefitted hundreds of thousands more. Major service areas include: • Housing & Health Case Management: affordable housing application assistance, benefits advocacy, linkages, tenant's rights counseling & landlord mediation; • Financial Services: back rent to prevent eviction, move in deposit, rent subsidies linked to job training, on-going rental subsidies for senior or disabled residents, financial literacy training; • Job Training & Supportive Employment: at Q Café located on campus at UC Hastings; and • Public Policy Advocacy: Imagine and achieve public policy to remove housing barriers for all.
