Whitney Nottage

Whitney Nottage has over 16 years of experience in transportation and traffic management, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Q-Free since October 2020, responsible for Q-Free America, Inc. and the Traffic Management Division. Prior to this role, Nottage held several positions within Q-Free America, including Senior Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Operations, overseeing production facilities, technical support teams, and project delivery teams. Nottage's career began at Atkins (formerly PBS&J) as an ITS Engineer II after completing the Transportation Graduate Training Program, contributing to various departments within the transportation division. Earlier experience includes a Project Engineer Intern position at Wharton-Smith, Inc. Nottage holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida, earned in 2008.
