Mattias Bylund

Mattias Bylund is an experienced professional in product management and development within the biotechnology and medical device sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Q-linea since August 2021, Mattias oversees the product portfolio for infectious disease diagnostics and previously held the role of Global Product Manager at the same company. Prior to Q-linea, Mattias worked at Gyros Protein Technologies AB as a Product Manager, where responsibilities included market surveillance, initiating product development, and managing product life cycles. Experience also encompasses a role as a Product Specialist at St. Jude Medical, providing clinical and technical support for implantable medical devices, and earlier positions as a Scientist at Biotage and a Research Engineer at Pyrosequencing AB, focusing on R&D and product development in DNA sequencing technologies. Mattias Bylund holds a Master of Science degree in Biotechnology Engineering from Uppsala University, completed in 2001.
