Rita Balidemaj, CPA, MS, MBA has over 14 years of experience in the accounting field. Merita (Rita) began their career in 2007 as a Staff Accountant at UST, Inc. In 2009, they moved to Fortistar Methane Group as an Accountant. In 2010, they became a Cost Accounting Analyst at Anvil Knitwear, Inc. In 2013, they joined Guidepost Solutions as a Senior Accountant. From 2014 to 2021, Rita worked at KIND, where they held the roles of Director, Accounting, Sr. Manager, Accounting, and Accounting Manager. Merita (Rita) currently serves as the Controller at Q Mixers.
