Hadar Shlomo has worked for three companies in the past. From 2016 to present, they have been employed by Q-nomy, Inc. in the roles of Product Manager, Project Manager and .Net Developer. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as an HR Recruiter for Elad Systems. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2014, they were employed as an Administration and Service Manager for Kidum.

Hadar Shlomo has a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and Biology from Tel Aviv University, which they completed in 2012. hadar then attended Bar-Ilan University in 2014 and 2015, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.). During this time, they also attended JHON BRYCE for .NET programming.
