Laxmikant Gawde

Laxmikant Gawde has a strong background in finance, accounts, and HR. laxmikant started their career as an Account Executive at Vadilal and co (CA firm) in 1998. After working there for two years, they moved on to Witco singapore pvt ltd where they held the position of Accountant from June 2000 to January 2001. Since then, Laxmikant has been working at Q-railing india Pvt ltd as the Head of finance, accounts, and HR. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing a team of 9 members, managing operating expenses, finalising accounts, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with internal control procedures. laxmikant also handles interactions with various government authorities and regularly reports on financial matters to the management.
