Janet Foutty

Janet Foutty currently serves as a Champion at Journey To Lead since September 2024, following a distinguished career at Deloitte from May 1991 to the present, where Janet held various leadership roles including retired Chair and Consulting CEO, Chair of the Board for Deloitte US, and National Managing Director positions in both the Federal and Technology businesses. Janet's leadership at Deloitte was marked by transformative initiatives, particularly in response to market disruptions. In addition to extensive experience at Deloitte, Janet holds multiple board positions, including Board Member for Quiver Bioscience and Advisory Board Member at Argonne National Laboratory, and has served as Board Chair for Bright Pink. Janet is actively engaged with the academic community, participating on the Dean’s Council at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and serving as a Tech Advisory Board Member at NYU Stern School of Business.
