Ferran Poza Anadon is a seasoned IT recruitment professional with extensive experience in the Information Technology and Telecommunication sectors. Currently serving as Partner and Lead IT Senior Recruitment Consultant at Q-tech since September 2015, Ferran specializes in recruiting for technical profiles, including Web/Software Analysts, Developers, and Engineers with expertise in JAVA and related technologies. Previously, as IT Recruitment Manager at Axpe Consulting from May 2011 to August 2015, Ferran was responsible for team coordination and direct client management for recruitment needs.
