Donna M. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Donna started their career in 2012 as a Hairstylist, Makeup Artist, and Administrative Assistant at Salon Darin, where they also maintained and created digital promotional materials. In 2013, they joined Image Design Group, Inc. as a Salon Manager and Marketing Coordinator, responsible for maintaining computer systems and assisting clients with various services. Donna then moved on to Urban Hair & Co in 2014, where they continued their role as Salon Manager and Marketing Coordinator, supporting computer systems and assisting the owners with styling clients. In 2015, Donna became the Communications Event Coordinator at The Adventure Park At The Discovery Museum, where they organized events, ensured successful execution, and provided creative solutions for marketing materials. In 2016, they joined PG Solutions Group as a Sales and Marketing Specialist, and Premier Graphics as a Part-time Prepress Operator and Sales and Marketing Associate. In these roles, they conducted targeted marketing campaigns, researched and set up appointments with key decision-makers, and managed social media accounts and websites. Finally, in 2020, they became the Marketing Communications Manager at Q-Tran, Inc. Overall, Donna M. has gained extensive experience in marketing, sales, event coordination, and management.

Donna M. began their education at Trumbull High School, where they completed their high school education from 2000 to 2003. Following that, they attended Riccis Academy from 2005 to 2006, earning a CT Cosmetology License in the field of Cosmetology/Cosmetologist, General.

Donna then pursued further education at Housatonic Community College from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Fine and Studio Arts. Lastly, they attended Sacred Heart University from 2011 to 2016, where they focused on Business Marketing. Additionally, during their time at Sacred Heart University, Donna pursued a Minor in Graphic Design.
