Kate Sterling

Kate Sterling has extensive work experience in the marketing and product development fields. Kate currently holds the position of Vice President Marketing at Q-Tran, Inc, which they started in July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at AKDO for many years, where they held various roles including Director of Product & Marketing from March 2019 to December 2021, Product Development Director from July 2018 to December 2021, Creative Director: Head Of Product Development and Marketing from August 2015 to December 2021, Brand Manager & Art Director from 2008 to August 2015, and Art Director/Marketing Supervisor from 2006 to 2008. Before joining AKDO, Kate worked as a Graphic Designer at AKDO from 2004 to 2005, and earlier in their career, they were a Graphic Designer/Office Manager at Alliance from 2002 to 2004.

Kate Sterling completed their education with a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business between the years 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate in Marketing from Fairfield University from 2009 to 2010, specializing in Marketing, Brand Management, and Market Research. Kate's undergraduate studies were conducted at Framingham State University from 1998 to 2002, where they majored in Communication with a concentration in Visual Design.
