Carlos Villanueva has been serving as the Premier Services Dedicated Support Manager at Q2 since January 2017, where responsibilities include hiring, training, and mentoring Application Support Engineers along with overseeing daily operations of the support department. Prior experience at Q2 also includes roles as Senior Application Engineer and various Application Support positions, focusing on troubleshooting complex client issues, modifying software, and maintaining thorough documentation of case histories. Additional experience includes a role as Packaging and Shipping Specialist at CPI One Point and a Building Attendant Leader at The University of Texas at Austin, among other positions. Carlos is currently pursuing education at Austin Community College.
