Phil Gower

Phil Gower has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Phil began their career in 1994 as a Programmer for Watkins & Associates AG. Phil then moved to Princeton Financial Systems in 1996, where they held the roles of Managing Director, Global Applications Development and Manager, UK Applications Development. In 2010, they joined State Street as Head of the Strategic Technology Group and Vice President. In 2014, they became the Managing Director of Blue Spear Software, and in 2015 they were appointed CTO of Quartal Financial Solutions AG. Most recently, they co-founded the Q2i Group in 2017 and currently serves as its Director.

Phil Gower received a Bachelor of Science in Computing Science from the University of Essex between 1988 and 1990.
