Hila Shaish

Hila Shaish currently holds the position of Head of Operations at Q4 - The Fourth Quarter since October 2022, focusing on member engagement and recruitment strategies. Previous experience includes serving as Project Manager for Edmond De Rothschild Partnerships and as an Editorial Board Member for TAU Journal of Law & Social Change. Additional roles feature an internship in a judge's office at the Administration of Courts, an Analyst in the Economic Department for The Movement for Quality Government in Israel, and Head of Operations for Lev Echad during a delegation to Ukraine. Hila also served as Executive Director at Lev Echad, managing a nationwide volunteer network during the COVID-19 crisis. Early career experiences include leadership roles at Ein Prat Academy for Leadership and as a Captain in the Israel Defense Forces, where responsibilities included training and control in a reserve capacity. Hila is pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at Tel Aviv University, set to graduate in March 2024.
