Ahanna Ndujiuba

Ahanna Ndujiuba is a Senior Consultant at Q5 since September 2023, specializing in Organisation Design, Strategy, and Transformation & Change to enhance Organisational Health across various sectors, including retail and media. Previously, Ahanna served as a Project Management Analyst at Quick Release for Ford Motor Company from February 2022 to August 2023, focusing on cost and change management for new BEV projects. Ahanna also worked as a Development Engineer at the UK Atomic Energy Authority from December 2020 to February 2022, leading method development for toxic wastewater treatment processes. Earlier experience includes serving as a Process Development Engineer at bio-bean Ltd, where Ahanna developed methods for reducing greenhouse gas emissions in coffee waste, and as an Operations Associate at Switchee. Ahanna holds a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bath.
