Albina Shashyna

Albina Shashyna is a Principal Consultant at Q5 since September 2022, specializing in organizational development and culture with clients such as Airbus and BAT. In addition to this role, Albina has been a Fellow at The Royal Society for Arts, Manufactures and Commerce since January 2022, contributing to the organization's mission to enrich society through ideas and action. Previous experience includes multiple leadership roles at the London School of Economics and Political Science, managing business change initiatives and organizational learning from April 2017 to September 2022. As Managing Director of Free Your Inner Alice from November 2019 to September 2022, Albina focused on innovative public speaking and leadership development. Further contributions include serving as Treasurer/Director for the Staff Development Forum, overseeing strategic direction and financial management from November 2016 to April 2020.
