Matt Tsim

Matt Tsim is a Senior Consultant at Q5 since January 2024, bringing extensive experience from Costello Medical, where Tsim held various positions including Head of MedTech, Consultant in the Medical Affairs Division, Senior Analyst, and Analyst from September 2015 to April 2023. Prior experience includes a PhD stint at MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology (LMB) from September 2011 to June 2015, focusing on structural and biochemical studies of FtsZ and its role in bacterial cell division. Tsim also contributed to cell biology and genetics research as a Summer Undergraduate Research Fellow at Rockefeller University in 2010. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Molecular Biology and a BA in Natural Sciences – Biochemistry, both from the University of Cambridge.
