Joe Leard

Joe Leard, AIC, ITP, CTM, currently serves as the Education and Training Coordinator at Quality Assurance Adjusting Services, Inc. dba QA Claims since 2019. Prior to this role, Joe Leard spent 27 years at State Farm ®, where responsibilities included serving as a Claim Specialist for auto injury and property damage claims, Training Analyst, Classroom Claim Trainer, and Learning and Development Specialist. Joe Leard developed and facilitated extensive training programs for both new hires and existing associates, focusing on areas such as auto policy interpretation, investigation of motor vehicle accidents, and loss reporting. Joe Leard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Texas State University and an Associate in Claims from the Insurance Institute of America.
