Weiqi Mei

Weiqi Mei has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 2014, they worked as the Childcare Director & Assistant Manager at Little Genius Daycare, where they were responsible for hiring and training teachers, implementing educational activities, and maintaining compliance with childcare guidelines. In 2020, they held multiple roles, including a position as an Education & Curriculum Development Intern at Each Green Corner, where they developed educational content and resources. They also served as a Community & Youth Outreach Intern at the Asian Liver Center at Stanford University, a Research Assistant at the UCSB Close Relationships Lab, and a Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern at Shobami Foods. In 2021, Weiqi became a Realtor® at Alliance Bay Realty. They then held the role of Vice President Finance at Alpha Sigma Kappa - Xi Chapter, where they processed transactions, provided strategic planning, and oversaw accounting operations. Currently, Weiqi is working as a QA Engineer at QA Wolf, starting as a QA Engineer I and later transitioning to the role of QA Engineer II.

Weiqi Mei began their education by pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychological & Brain Sciences, with a minor in Applied Psychology and a certificate in Technology Management at UC Santa Barbara. Weiqi attended from 2018 to 2021.

In 2021, Weiqi Mei enrolled in App Academy as a Full-Stack Software Engineering student, where they are currently studying.

Additionally, Weiqi Mei has obtained two certifications. In April 2021, they became a certified Real Estate Agent through the Bay East Association of REALTORS®. In April 2022, they obtained a Certificate in Technology Management from UCSB Technology Management.
