Aniqah Mela

Aniqah Mela is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in driving product strategy and transformation across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Product at QA Ltd since June 2019, Aniqah has successfully led the development of a learning SaaS platform, implemented key performance indicators, and launched innovative products such as an AI learning assistant. Prior to QA Ltd, Aniqah held multiple strategic roles at BT, including Head of Strategy for Customer Experience, where responsibilities encompassed defining customer experience strategies and leading significant product developments. Aniqah's educational credentials include an MSc in Social and Public Communication and a BSc in Economics and Economic History from the London School of Economics, alongside a Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM.
