Lisa's experience has included working with a start up telecoms organization and building this up from a green field site to heading up the delivery arm of a small managed services company.

Lisa specializes in a range of service management frames works majoring on ITIL but also including COBIT and Service Desk Institute related topics. She started her ITIL journey at V2 of ITIL and has continued her journey to todays ITIL4 capability. She is also a Prince II practitioner, an agile practitioner and has familiarity with Devops.

Lisas training claim to fame is that she was one of a duo that delivered the first ITIL Managing professional course in the world. As if that wasn’t enough the delegates came back with a fantastic 100% success in their exams.
