Jay Choksi

Jay Choksi has a strong background in IT infrastructure management and service delivery. Jay worked as the Team Lead - Cloud Operations at QAD from 2014 onwards, where they focused on maintaining high performance levels and improving service-related processes. Prior to that, they served as the Manager - IT at CIGNEX Datamatics Pvt. Ltd. from 2010 to 2014, leading a team and handling pre-sales support and managed services. Jay started their career at Hi-Tech Outsourcing Services in 2004, where they worked as a Sr. System / Linux Eng. until 2010.

Jay Choksi completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree from Gujarat University, from the year 2001 to 2004. Jay also holds additional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate obtained in December 2022, and RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer) obtained in 2008.
