Karen Deng has over a decade of experience in the information technology field, currently serving as Manager of the Service Delivery Center at QAD since May 2013. Prior to this role, Karen worked as a Help Desk Specialist at Thirdware Solution INC from July 2008 to April 2013 and as an Information Technology Specialist at Lear Corporation from July 2004 to June 2008. Karen holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, which was attained from 2000 to 2004.
