Nick Turner

Nick Turner has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Nick has held leadership positions in companies like QAD, where they served as the Vice President of Cloud Operations. At Blue Acorn iCi, they were the Senior Vice President of Technology, leading corporate IT and DevOps teams. Nick also worked as the Director of IT Infrastructure Services and Operations at Bright Health, overseeing service desk teams and ensuring SOX compliance. Additionally, they served as the Senior Director of Technical Operations and Reliability Engineering at Zenoss, managing various global teams and defining DevOps and SRE needs. Prior to that, they held managerial roles in IT operations at Accruent and HCA. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a system administrator and network engineer at Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation, Radical Networks, Inc., and CompUSA. Nick started their career at Best Buy as a customer service representative and later took on roles in the AV and PC departments.

Nick Turner obtained a Master's degree in MIS and MBA from the UNLV Lee Business School between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's degree in MIS from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2000 to 2005. In terms of certifications, they hold a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in February 2022. Nick also has a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator: Windows Server 2003 (MCSA) certification from Microsoft, obtained in 2010, as well as CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA A+ certifications, obtained in 2004 and 2001 respectively.
