Siobhan Duran

Siobhan Duran has a diverse work experience in the fields of architecture and user experience design. Siobhan has worked as a Senior Product Designer and UX Team Lead at QAD, where they led a 4-person UX team and designed enterprise software solutions. Prior to that, they were a UX Designer/Graphic Designer Apprentice at The Binary Bootcamp. Siobhan also has experience as an Architect, Adjunct Instructor, and Project Architect at various companies, where they worked on designing architectural projects and teaching design courses. Additionally, they have worked as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and Designer in different roles, where they managed projects, coordinated design work, and oversaw fabrication and delivery. Siobhan has a strong background in design, project management, and leadership.

Siobhan Duran has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, which they obtained from 1996 to 1998. Siobhan also holds a Master of Architecture (M.Arch) degree from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, earned from 2006 to 2009. In 2019, Siobhan obtained a Certificate in UX Design Career Track from Springboard. Siobhan has additional certifications including PMC Level I from Pragmatic Institute (2022), UX Design: 3 Creating Personas from LinkedIn (2019), Scrum Certification Prep & Scrum Master & Agile Scrum Training from Udemy (2019), Procore Certified: Architect from Procore Technologies (2019), and Architect State of CA - Licensed from the California Architects Board (2014).
