Arslan Jabbar

Arslan Jabbar is a proficient Planning Engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles, currently serving at QAFCO since March 2023, focusing on turnaround maintenance and project scope development. Previously, as Lead Planning Engineer at Descon, Arslan was involved in scope preparation and maintenance shutdown planning while overseeing resource management and progress monitoring. Experience also includes planning roles at Abdullah A. Al-Barrak & Son Co. and Ghulam Rasool & Company Private Limited, where Arslan contributed to maintenance shutdowns and project specifications. Arslan holds a BSc in Engineering with a focus on Metallurgy and Materials from the University of the Punjab and a Diploma of Associate Engineering from KRL Institute of Technology.
