Heike von der Heyden

Heike von der Heyden currently serves as the CEO of Qair Deutschland, a position held since June 2022. Prior to this role, Heike was the Chief Financial Officer and Head of M&A at Green City AG from October 2019 to July 2022, specializing in M&A and project financing within the renewables sector. Heike also contributed to the Oregon Episcopal School as a Board of Trustees member from July 2011 to June 2017, chairing the Finance Committee and Endowment Committee. Earlier experience includes serving as a Managing Partner at ECM Equity Capital Management GmbH, alongside roles as an M&A and Financial Structuring Consultant and Investment Manager at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson Equity. Heike holds a Dipl. Kauffr. in Business Administration from the University of Münster and a Diplom Immobilienwirt (DIA) in Real Estate from Deutsche Immobilien Akademie Freiburg.
