Luc Valaize

Luc Valaize is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in energy, waste management, and environmental services. Currently serving as the Managing Director of the Waste-to-Energy Business Unit at Qair since June 2019, Valaize has led the development of Waste-to-Energy projects across multiple countries. Previously, as Executive Vice President at VINCI ENVIRONNEMENT, Valaize defined global development strategies and launched initiatives in renewable energy. Their tenure as CEO at Citelum involved restructuring the company towards smart city solutions, while at Tiru, Valaize shifted focus to EPC contracting. Additional leadership roles included CEO at SOCODEI and Liberty MP, with earlier career experience at EDF and STMI. Valaize holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and a graduate degree in engineering from Centrale Lille.
