Jan-Olof Carlson

Jan-Olof Carlson is a seasoned software consultant with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Software Consultant at Qamcom Research and Technology since November 2020, Jan-Olof also owns and operates joc.se, where Jan-Olof is the inventor and developer of an SMS service utilized by prominent events such as Göteborgsvarvet and Vasaloppen. Prior roles include Senior Specialist in Software Architecture at Ericsson from 2007 to 2020, System Expert in Software at Flextronics, and various positions in software consulting and architecture at companies such as Bluelabs, Frontec, WM Data, and Ericsson. Jan-Olof holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, earned between 1973 and 1978.
