Paul Celebucki

Paul Celebucki is currently the VP of Operations at Q&A. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager at OnPrem Solution Partners from June 2014 to January 2020. As a management and technology consultant, they were responsible for leading teams to execute business strategy and operations, process improvement, product development, product launch, and implementation initiatives for clients in the media and entertainment industries including major film studios, broadcasters, record labels, and music publishers.

Some of their notable accomplishments include program managing a large-scale project consisting of over a dozen workstreams, product managing launches of company-wide initiatives, being a technical project manager and scrum master for the development and implementation of a cloud based Media Asset Management (MAM) system, and managing the analysis of content localization workflows to identify efficiencies for tracking delivery of content for a major direct to consumer streaming platform.

Paul Celebucki has a MBA from University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business and a Bachelors from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in Business Administration and Management Information Systems. Paul is also certified from Scrum Alliance as a Certified ScrumMaster.

They work with Suzy Ryoo - Co-Founder & President, Phillip Eubanks - COO, and Anis Rashid - Chief Strategy Officer / Finance. Paul Celebucki reports to Troy Carter, Founder & CEO.
