Emily Mo is currently serving as Legal Counsel at Qantas since September 2023. Prior to this role, Emily worked as a Senior Lawyer in the Commercial & Technology division at Transport for NSW from March 2022 to September 2023. Emily's prior experience includes working as a Lawyer at Ashurst in the Transport & Infrastructure practice group from November 2017 to March 2022, and as a Law Graduate with rotations in Dispute Resolution and Transport & Infrastructure. Additional roles include a role as a Paralegal and Seasonal Clerk at Woolworths Group and a Paralegal at PLAYFAIR Visa and Migration Services, focusing on onshore protection visas for refugees. Emily has a Bachelor's Degree in Law, International/Global Studies, and Government and International Relations from the University of Sydney and is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in International Affairs and American Studies at The George Washington University, alongside studies at Peking University. Emily also directed the Culinary Tales project at the University of Sydney, which empowered refugees through work experience opportunities. Emily attended James Ruse Agricultural High School from 2008 to 2013.
