Josh Panebianco is a Digital Product Manager for Qantas, specializing in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). Prior to this role, Josh served as the Optimisation Lead at Tryzens and the Head of Conversion Rate Optimisation at Athena Home Loans, where a successful experimentation program was established.
