Joyce Yoon

Joyce Yoon has held various analytical and managerial roles, including as a Senior Manager of Strategic Insights at Qantas since 2022. Previously, they served as Manager of Data Delivery at Commonwealth Bank and as an Associate Manager of Analytics at Macquarie Group, where they specialized in data projects and credit risk reporting. Joyce has extensive experience in actuarial analysis from their time at Mercer, where they contributed to pension fund solvency reporting and forecasting models. They earned a Master of Business Administration with distinction from the University of Technology, Sydney, and hold a double degree in Commerce and Science from the University of New South Wales. Joyce is also a qualified actuary with the Actuaries Institute Australia.
